What size wheels????
Ok first off are there wheels and tires out there that can are good on the highway as well as good at the track.
Well to be honest i'm quite lazy and i don't like the ideal of having to change to slickes every time i want to run at the track...Sooooo
I'm looking for some tires that will work for highway travel and still pull decent traction at the track.
Right now i'm looking at getting
18x9.5 Zo6 Chromies in the front
19x10.5 Zo6 Chromies in the rear
Now what size tire would i need to go with these and also with this size rim and tires would i need any spacers or no???

If by track you mean dragstrip, I highly recommend sticking to 18's on the rear, running a drag radial.
Based on all your wishes, A set of 305/35/18 Nitto 555R2's on a 18x10.5 is what you want. They will be fine for daily driving (even in the rain they aren't too bad), and do well at the track too. The BFG drag radial is even better choice for traction at the strip, but they aren't good in rain, and the tread life is very short.
There just isn't any good strip tire made in a 19".
