I recently added LT headers and an x-pipe, I was always thought and heard that an x-pipe would take away the burbling and popping on decel. Mine is still doing it as it did before the install. Don't get me wrong though.....I like it when it does it. Is mine the only one that still does it? I put on the Supermaxx system.

I've got Stainless Works LT headers with the RT High-Flow cats/x-pipe and GHL magnum exhaust. My car burbles quite a bit and it sounds awesome! I think you can get rid of it via tuning, but when I get mine dyno'd, I'll not ask specifically to have it reduced as I do like it too.
There is some incorrect info here about the X-pipe. It is designed to rapidly balance the exhaust pulse to both mufflers. It does that well. The new mufflers are usually less restrictive, allowing for a louder (some call it aggressive, throatier, etc.) sound. The X-pipe sends this pulse to both sides. As a result, some setups get more popping, burbling especially on deceleration. The popping, burbling on decel is caused by unburned fuel in the exhaust manifolds/ headers. To eliminate this, the spark needs to be slightly advanced on decel to burn more of this fuel before it leaves the engine. This can easily be done during tuning by a knowledgable tech.
I installed hi-flow cats, X-pipe and Corsa indys. The popping on decel increased to that of a Harley (well almost ) My dynotune tech informed me of this and corrected the problem. I sorta miss that mean noise...but only sometimes.
