I just purchased a new and larger set of wheels for my Y2K and am no longer running the runflats. I really dont care about the tire pressure sensors and would rather sell them then reinstall. Is there a way to turn off the system with my Diablosport or otherwise or do i have to reset the system everytime i start the car..
I know alot of people like them but i just have no interest in the setup.
any info much appreciated.
thanks

On the 2000 model, you cannot turn off the sensor message by reprogramming the computer. That feature came out in '01. You will just have to reset the DIC each time. I also run the non-runflats but I kept the sensors. Just an added level of comfort to know what the tire pressure is.

I sold my sensors, and now I'm tired to pushing reset.
