Good Dealer experience
Last night my still under warranty AGM battery died in my 02. I called the dealer this morning and he said that he would send a flatbed trailer tow. I asked if I could bring the battery in and he said that if I didn't mind it would be fine, he then said that he didn't like to tow Vettes unless absolutely necessary because of the possibility of scratches, damage, etc. When I got to the dealership he had the battery waiting, did a quick check with the tester and I was on my way. Thanks Midway Chevrolet!!!

this is the kinda stuff i have posted b4. this should be the norm,not the exception! now when you go back to this dealer,watch everything they do and charge you for,because your 1st expierence was good, they can rip you off later!

Don't dealers realize when people have good experiences they never hesitate to recommend a friend to the dealership?
Word of mouth is very underrated these days by dealers and retailers
