Not looking for the interior KingCool stuff (unless it will work) but for something to place between the thin plastic flap and the inner wheel wells on the rear of the car. I am getting vibration noises in this area.
I think I saw a post awile ago regarding this .... it was Restorix or something like that.
Same here, you cut it to fit at the time you install it. I put 2-3 layers in the wheel wells, seemed to work o.k., but I also had done other areas at the same time.
Be glad to help you do it, if you would like. I have all the tools and now that I have done it on my car, should only take a few hours. -Steve

Alright Steve I may take you on this very generous offer.
I got my tips and plate straight but now I got some rattles back in this area......thats why I am considering seeing if this helps.
If you want best results, I think you need to do the big hollow areas that are around (behind) the wheel wells too. That hollowed out area goes all the way to just behind your head.
*Be careful to not cover the rear hatch water run off on your coupes.

I did the complete interior and it really helps....
The wheelwells help. Doing the cockpit and rear hatch area helped cut down on noise. Still have some wind noise, and am running OEM Runflats...so I still have some tire noise.
Overall improvement is worth the effort and small amount of weight added.
