What's the status on my bolt? Did you get one sent out yet? As I stated in my previous post on that part number if you look it up in your system there is only one type of bolt that comes with the springs so I just need one more as it was lost during shipping. Please confirm once this has been resolved so I can cross it off my list.
2 days later still waiting for my bolt and haven't even heard anything from you... Apparently you're having similar shipping problems with another customer on here too so I'm not alone.
I am becoming impatient and this will be my last attempt at trying to contact you as this will be my 4th attempt in 5 days. If you wish to take no further action to rectify the situation I will have no choice but to place a partial chargeback on my card because my order has arrived INCOMPLETE. Honestly, I couldn't care less about the cost of replacing the bolt but I care about the principal of this and others need to be aware of this situation. I appreciate you sending out another spring when you apparently claim UPS has lost it so I would have expected you to take care of this minor infraction as well, but so far I see no reason to expect that.
Please advise by tomorrow or I will go to an alternative method.

After much work, I cannot purchase the bolt separately. If this is not working and you cannot use the old one I will send you a call tag for that one.

Second, apparently UPS lost it? I can produce a tracking number and a copy of the credit GM gave me on it already because UPS lost it!!
