Default Z06 grill inserts

does it matter what kind of grill inserts i get with regards to installation. I know the OE GM ones are bolt on...what about ones from Corvette Garage or WCC or does it matter...can any of them be put on with velcro or double sided tape?

Go with the OEM grilles. Use industrial strength Velcro from Home Depot. Mine have been on for several years and have seen speeds in excess of 100 without coming off.

They can still be easily removed for cleaning the fog lights if neccessary.

Velcro works great and I think you'll find thats what most do rather than drilling holes......

I just did this mod. Velcro worked great. Get the OEM, try Fred Beans or the For Sale section ...

I did this mod a few years back using industrial strength velcro and have never had a problem. I bought mine from gmpartsdirect.com. Item #'s 10424820 and 10424821.

Got mine from Bob at Fichtner Chevy. Good price and great service. Put them on with velcro so I can get behind them to clean the fog light area.
