I'm sure this first question is an old one.Caliper painting. Brush,Spray.Kits? Where do I find info. Second one..What do you guys/gals use to detail the inner wheel wells? I clean as much as possible while washing with wheels on,or more with them off.Looking for some type of protection to keep road film/grime from sticking to the plastic making it easyer to hose off. W.D.40? Silicone?..I know waxes like armorall will turn to a grayish color after awhile. So I don't want to use somting like that.Any help or suggestions are greatly apprieciated. Here's my tip. I did some work for a Honda Dealership..and found this great detail product. It's Honda spray Cleaner/Polish. Works great on my interior painted area. Thank You All.Crockettman
I would go with a brush on the calipers unless you want to take them off the car - then spray would be good. I use Simple Green to clean my wheel wells and then 303 Aerospace Protectant after I dry them. Nice to see that someone also suffers from the "disease."

I used a caliper paint from Folia Tec (got it at Xtreme Motorsports) on my calipers. Been there for three + years and still looks like new. There are others out there, including just spray paint like Krylon or Duplicolor, but I have been very pleased with the Folia Tec.
For the wheel wells, I simply wipe mine down after a good wash - for a show I will spray a little Armor All on them - they look good after that.
