Hi,
Its been a while since I logged on but have a new question.
I would like to change my stock exhaust pipes to something that is pleasing to the ear, a nice low rumble, or maybe a throaty rumble?
I have heard some of the stingers and GHL but too noisy for me.
Is there any way I could hear some sounds of maybe B&B Tri-Flo's or something that would be pleasing? I did like the sound of the Stinger Borlas for the Z06 but I don't have a Zo6.
Sure would appreciate some advice if not some way to hear them.

A lot of folks like the stock Z06 Titanium exhaust. There are a lot of good compelling reasons to try it....
1. Relatively inexpensive and widely available used
2. Fit is perfect - afterall it was a factory system for a Vette
3. Low rumble without being too loud
4. Easy installation
Others like the Corsa Touring, also not real loud, but sounds and looks better than the wimpy stock exhaust.
Personally, I have the Corsa Indy Pace Car, which is louder than the Touring, and I love it. The Corsa systems are famous for producing zero resonance, and I think the Corsa systems, particularly the 3.5" Pro tips are about the nicest looking tips available.....

I have the B&B Tri-Flo's and love them. I do however get some low resonence between 1400/1500 RPM's. Nothing disturbing but it is noticable. The only other system I've compared it to would be my friends Corsa's. He too agreed that the B&B's had a lower, throatier and general better tone than his Corsa's at all RPM ranges. Unfortunately I have no way to record these tones ... sorry.
And perhaps equally as important, they look damn cool being all polished Stainless Steel
I have the Ti's and like them a nice low rubble. But I am sure that most with the louder systems would say they are not loud enough. But I don't like being to loud. My .02
Dont know if this will help but maybe it will give you an idea what some systems sound like. Recordings really dont do them justice, much better in person.

B&B Tri-Flo's have to be the nicest looking tips around.....are they loud enough??...thats the only thing that i wonder about ....id like my car to be fairly loud....especially at higher rpms...but ive heard the Tri-Flo's are pretty quite...
Go to Billy Boat Performance Exhaust and you can hear sound clips. I had the B&B Tri-flow Route 66 and they have a mellow sound that's not loud, but sounds good. I needed something louder so now I have GHL Bullets.

I have the B&B Tri-Flo Route 66's on my car and like the sound. Much better than stock, but not too loud. They did have some resonance and popping, but an X-pipe took most of that away.
I've had my Corsa Touring for less than a month and am very pleased with them. OUTSIDE the car they are a little louder than stock and sound great on a drive by. They have a nice strong sporty sound under normal acceration and are definately much louder at WOT. They are quiet when you normally want them to be and loud when you want them to be. INSIDE the car they are probably quieter than stock up to maybe 2000 RPM and then get louder. At cruise, it is very quiet in the car. This is what I was looking for.
In Corsa ... I think you would want the Pace Car edition.
Nothing beats going to where Corvettes are in your area and listen to the different systems. Just remenber that LOUD is exciting when you first get it ... but gets old quickly.
