Im currently running 295s in the back of my lowered Z06. Its on 19x11 CCWs and I know the rim will easily hold a much wider tire. Question is- Can I fit a 315 on the back there without rubbing? I remember reading about having to remove the rear brake ducts and minitubbing.
Not BS. The rubbing is because of the incorrect offset. You need to have the correct width wheel with the correct offset. Check with CCW on your wheel offset and get their recommendation for wheel width.

I'm running 315's in the back for auto-x, no rubbing.
CCW sent the wheel with the Michelin 295s mounted on there. So my guess is thats their recommendation. Where does it usually rub? I think the best bet is to go down there and inspect it.
