I've discovered that as fast as the vette is it is not fast enough. The more power I have the more I want. I will keep spending spending spending Best though is the Corvette Forum. The knowledge I have gained here is invaluable. There are a lot of great people on this forum, kind of helps restore my faith in the inner goodness of mankind. To all Thank You!

The cars with the worst brakes are the ones that tailgate you the closest.

Can't stop repeating "I Love My Car"

Two kinds of people : People who dive 'Vettes and people who make excuses why they don't

And every woman I've seen (and of course if she saw me) has waved

There's no such thing as too much horsepower (torque actually), just inadequate traction.

Whenever you are about to pass a car on the highway it suddenly get extra horsepower to try and stay ahead of you

On a 4 lane interstate, cars in the slow lane will change lane into your lane just before you get to them so you have to slow down

1. People standing on sidewalks always seem to look at your car after you drive past them (see rear view mirror).

2. Pickup trucks with gigantic tires always pull to within inches of your bumper at red lights.

3. Kids dig it more than one else

4. When I haven't seen someone in a while, they always ask me "How's the vette?"

5. Won't drive to just anywhere (e.g. DC, Baltimore). Won't parallel park. Corvette is changing my social agenda!

6. Addiction to corvetteforum. Still haven't figured out why.

7. Friends harassing you about how much attention you pay to your car.

8. Always parking at the back of the parking lot.

9. Actually caring about scratches in places that no one would ever notice!

Drum roll please...

10. Driving down the road with the top off and radio blaring, even when it is 40 degrees out, because it is just too much fun.

1. When you stick those crossed flags on a "go fast goodie" or interior dress up item, the price jumps up 150%.

2. My 13 year old step-daughter got a lot more popular when I started picking her up from school.

3. Traffic that I though moved fast when I owned my 99 Mustang GT, no seems to move at a crawl.

4. Every time I see Cora (the car's name) it's like the first time all over again.
