I'm sure you can find a shop to do it....BUT...
After any suspension adjustment, It's best to put some miles on it before aligning. The car needs to be driven so it settles into place. You also may decide to further adjust it if it's not to your liking or uneven after lowering.
Doing it all at once sounds convenient, but isn't a good idea. Lower it, drive it for a week or so, then get it aligned.
