Coyote attacks Z06 for second time!!!
Has anyone else had their Corvette attacked by a Coyote?? This is my second time. Attacked you say?? Yes ATTACKED!! The first time he scrached my right side fender so badly that it looked like a cheese grater was used on it. Apart from scraches all over the hood, he also tore off the front right side spoiler.
Last night he attacked again. This time I found his last two paw marks on my roof, where he left three scraches for each foot. This time he BIT my left fender in numerous places and tore off the corner of the brand new spoiler I had put on.
Yes we live in the country part of San Diego County and no I don;t have a garage. The car was covered with a nice car cover, which he left in pieces.
Anyone else experienced anything similar?

I live in rural south Orange County and we have plenty of coyotes, too. Fortunately my car is garaged.
I bet he is after a cat or some other animal hiding under your car or under the car cover. Rats and opossums love to nest in places like that.

Something to try.
Never had my vette attacked but have had problems with other wild dogs. At the nursery you can pick up coyote urine. I know it sounds nuts but if you put it around the area it might scare him off. It worked on our wild grey foxs.
