open ur hook....look down next to ur to the head lamp u will the fog lamp socket....if u have fat arms u will have to remove the head lamp bezel....either way u can reach the fog lamp socket with ur hands....the socket will turn to release it...replace the bulb...dont touch the new bulb with ur hands.....
Fat arms stink for this. I had to get my wife to do it even when I took the headlight cover off.
Also think of buying the 885s instead of stock - they are much brighter. Plus you should adjust your Fog Lights up since they come from the factory too low.
Make sure you aim the fog lights, it makes a big difference.
Haven't aimed them yet...are there trim screws on the fog light housing? Are the screws accessible from the outside (front of car)...or inside (from under car or via headlight bezel)? Do you aim them at your garage door at night to adjust?

I know you have already replaced the bulb but if you are interested in the best performing Halogen bulbs you can get for the Corvette then I recommend getting SYLVANIA SilverStar Halogen bulbs.
I bought them at O'Reilly Auto Parts.
The SilverStar fog light replacement is: 893ST
I replaced all of the bulbs in my C5 with SilverStars and it made a HUGE difference
