Have the base suspention, installed Hotchkis sway bars, great improvement. Installed Bilstein sports, 1st week excellant ride month later like rideing on rocks, creating new squeaks all over, lowered tire pressure to 29 lbs no help.

The sway bars may be causing the harshness. I've got Z06 bars with the Bilsteins and my ride while fir is not harsh and that's with 265x35x18 and 295x35x18's. I think your bars are a little beefier than the Z06. Just my $.02.

Mine is a base suspension FE1 car with Hotchkiss sways and Bilstein Sport shocks - car rides great! It's certainly not a Cadillac ride, but it's a sportscar firm and controlled ride.
I agree - check all the connections and make sure they are torqued to the appropriate value. Also - check the inflation of the tires - no more than 30lbs COLD.
