Default Yellow Z06

I have been looking for an FRC or Z06 for a while. I found a yellow 01 Z06 with 30,000 on the odometer and 700 on the motor. It is in mint condition and has a mild MTI heads/cam kit putting out 415 at the rear wheel. I LOVE everything about this car except the color. Should I suck it up and take it for $28k or wait for the "perfect" ride? I'm stuck!

If it isn't what you really want - hold off. Also, an '01 Z06 with a replacement motor already may be hard to sell down the raod. Just my $.02.

Why the replacement motor? Plus, if it is not the color you want, you may not be happy down the road. I'd shop around more and find exactly what you want.

Well I guess if you dont like the color then you dont like it, But keep in mind the YELLOW will sell a lot fatser then the other colors when u do decide to trade it. I find that the yellow command a higher resale as well.

I didn't mean to step on toes.

I like the MY cars but I prefer subtle colors for my daily drivers. I'm actually extremely picky with the color.

Okay, I'm done........flame on

I think that yellow is the BEST color but if it's not what you want, then don't buy it. Plenty of Z06s out there to pick from. Like others said, I'd also be wary about buying a car that just had the engine replaced.

Hey, speedfreek: Try again! I don't rub my Vette in the nose of LEO... either because of my chosen color or by speeding. Not my style. Tkitplz was not meant to imply anything other than it was all I could think of that I thought was different when I signed on this board. So...chill out!! Dan

When you're in a Vette, it doesn't really matter what color it is. You will definitely be noticed!
