C5 Exhaust Plate
Anyone have pics of a C5 exhaust plate and where they bought it from. Want to buy one that works with my pewter vert.

I had the use of a machine shop, and made several exhaust plates out of .06 stainless seeel. I polished some and painted one. I kept a painted and a polished one for my car. I put the painted one on, less the Corvette emblem.

Most of the Forum vendors with an "interiors" section carries exhaust plates. Check out Eckler's, WCC, ECC, etc. to your left.

I've got a Pewter Vette and this is what I have:
The only ones I've ever seen are either chrome or stainless with etching or an emblem of some kind affixed to them. The only exception to my knowledge being yellow on a yellow Vette. There are a lot to choose from, the one I have is the rolled version (the bottom lip is rolled at 90 deg.) from L.A.P.D.

Don't have a pic handy, but I bought mine from Ecklers - just a chrome plate with the C5 emblem on it. I think it looks good.

But from Mid America, I also think it looks good with the ss inserts and Ghl bullets.
