Default Stereo Question pics please

I am thinking about adding a sub to my 99 coupe. I was wondering where do some of you guys who have this set up mount your amp. I have heard under the seat but I have dual power seat and I can’t see one going under there. Thanks in advanced for all you help

No space under the seats. Center compartment or sides above side compartments are your choices if you want to stow your roof (I'm assuming you have a coupe)

Here's mine

Thanks for the pic. I was thinking about putting my amp there but did not know if there was a better place.

Here is my setup, not your typical setup. Took 3 guys 300 hours. The fiberglass wraps around the roll cage and has a motorized drawer for the Xbox to come out. If you just want a a sub and amp the sub can mount in the center of the tunk and the amp can sit in a few different places. Behind the seats, behind the seats in the truck or on the back wall.

Realistically, your other options are the sides (where my crossovers are) or taking up the entire trunk with a Bazooka, bandpass or something like that.

My amps are mounted above the sub and in front of the sub

Good Luck.

Mine is similar with JL 10 inch in a box dropped into the rear on the floor and two Alpine amps built into the back against the bulkhead; looks great, sounds the same (with the crossovers built in as well) and I can cover a large part of it up with the cover.................

Here is another just for the heck of it.

Top still stows like factory. Took me around 100 hours to build everything.

Oh almost forgot...EG...all that aluminum is actually 1/4" plexi and aluminum laminate. It all lights up blue.

I was impressed the first time I saw it and I'm still gobsmacked now. I wish I had your skill and imagination to do something like that. Schweet!!! :yjumbs:
