My stock "x" pipe need to be repaired, so I figured I would just get a new one. The weld on the flange is comming apart.
I run a set of Borla singers on my car now... (VERY NICE SOUND) and I know by putting an x pipe on the car some of the rumble will be gone.... especially when down shifting. I can live with that as long as the rumble is there when I smash it.
My question is this, what is the best x pipe to buy on the market? I want one that will just bolt up to the stock caddies and new borla. I do not want to have to weld, cut, etc.....

If you are running the stock cats, then you are going to have a hard time finding an X-pipe that bolts right up- the stock cats are welded onto the exhaust pipes with no provision for having something bolt up to them. I'm running the stock cats and when I installed my Bassani X-pipe, I had to cut the stock exhaust behind the cats and then slip the X-pipe on the stock exhaust. It did bolt right up to the rear flanges on the exhaust. I'd recommend looking into the Bassani - has worked great for me.
I have borla stingers with the borla x-pipe. It is just as loud as without it. The only difference comes at deceleration; and the difference is not too significance to begin with.

Does the x-pipe reduce/eliminate the pop on deceleration?
