Randy, yes TR was a 95 color.
Paint code is WA-9075 but I'm sure you know this already. This same color code was also used on some Cadillacs.
Can't answer for sure on the formula, but it carries the same RPO #70 in both 95, 00 and everything in between. That doesn't mean much though, as we know Mag Red changed formulation in 99 and became Mag Red II, but retained the same 86 RPO.
Speaking of paint...guess what I got back today.

I agree - the torch red color was available in '95. There may be slight variations in the color between years.
