Default Been a long time

This is my third vette but there has been a ten or twelve year break since number two. Bought this off Ebay three weeks ago. Things couldn't have gone smoother. Flew down from Delaware to pick it up in Florida. Owner picked me up at the airport (Tampa) and within two hours I was on I-75, top down, 80 degrees, headed north. The owner was a vette fanatic. The car looks like a new one. 38,000 miles, brand new run flats, with all the paperwork. Sure am enjoying being back in something that makes driving really fun. Nice being here as well. Am really catching up on all the "need to knows". Thanks.

Oh yes! It's a 2000

Sorry Killer, at my age I tend to be a traditionalist. I like to keep them as original a possible. No matter what mod you do there is always one more to do.

Welcome to the forum! Just be careful of these guys. Many have entered who didn't want to change a thing, then they read something on this forum that just makes it sooo much nicer. Before you know it you've become one of them. Looks like you picked the best Vette combo ever-that being a yellow C5 vert. Guess what I own?

Man, Good thing I got mine about three weeks ago, If that beautiful yellow car is a 6 speed, I believe I would have gone to Tampa Myself! I did a similiar thing, but flew to Ohio, Worked out great for me too. Sometimes I look out in the Garage and think (in a good way) "I must be outta my mind!" I know we'll both be loving it.
