Default #1 Customer Service

I have to share the best service on my vette or any car ever. After receiving my long tube headers in the mail. I made an appointment with FASTECH yesterday to have them installed. I drove almost 200 miles and met Sean at nine in the morning. His team is going to install long tubes with high flow cats, lower the car and partial tune. Sean does a before dyno to get a base line. 306 at the rear wheels. They start to install the parts. What I really liked was that the took their time to do everything right. Attention to detail was amazing. They were not out to just make a buck and do it fast. I mean everything had to be just right before they move on to do something elese. After they installed the headers and pipes, Sean lowers the car just right. Then he does a partial tune and takes the time to show me the tables and what he is doing. This is at nine o'clock on a friday night. They usally close at six. After Sean tunes it, he does two dyno runs to see the differance. Picked up 20hp at the wheels. We finished at about 11 o'clock on a friday night. Sean had no problem staying to finish the job, but also make sure it was done right. All of this service cost me only $500.00. Since I drove and they were working on the car. Sean made sure they included me when lunch time came around. I thought customer service was a thing of the past, not at Fastech. Sean and his crew treated me like a family member. This is getting long, I could write more. But I would like to say thanks to Fastech for something that I thought was gone. CUSTOMER SERVICE

It's good to hear that some people remember and practice "customer service". And it sounds like they went above and beyond (lunch)!
Thanks for sharing.......
