Sounds like there have been a few problems using this tile in the garage. If you do the one box, let us know just how it turns out.

I like those.....beige would go perfect in my garage. About $1100 for the standard 2 car 400 sq ft garage. Hmmmmm........

I've got the self-stick 12" vinyl tile on the floor. Had some initial problems with the tile moving, marks from jack stands, and tires. Made repairs, readjusted some tile. Now, after a few months, the glue has set up fairly well. I use 1x12x12 wood under the jack stands, a rag dipped in paint thinner cleans the tire and most other marks. If I damage any tile, I just peel it up and install another one.

Its a fairly inexpensive way to go, looks good, and I'm satisfied.

All joking aside (and those were excellent comebacks ) this icon means that I am interested in the answers to the original poster's question or that I want to do the same mod/thing myself.

It means that you're just lurking.

Just did my within the last week with the peel and stick. We have a discount store in our area and did a area 30x25 for around $300.00 bucks. So far Im happy. No problems so far. Did alot of prepping to get the floor in good condition ,so I hope it helps. Any way as cheap as it was if one pos up I wil just replace it. It looks great. here are some pics of the peel and stick.

I had them in my bedroom at my parents house when I was 17. I can't imagine them holding up parking on them, but thats just me.

I couldnt find the 18x18s so I went with 12x12s. So far so good. If one pops up I will just replace it. No big deal. Cost around $300 for a 25x30. Leaves more money for mods on the car and looks good too!

They ain't Race Deck dude..
And I don't think its right for you to infer it either..

They're nothing but cheap adhesive backed tiles..
Race Deck is thick hard plastic tiles with no adheasive backing.
Strong & tough as nails with an interlocking system for no movement at all..

I went to a friend of mines house today, he had ucoatit on it..he said it was very easy to apply and it came up good. He selected the light brown color because his garage is finished in beige......tell you what, he had all kind of Craftsman storage units on all 3 walls and it look awsome.
