Gas Tank Location????
I want to mount my amplifier behind the driver seat.. but im worried about drilling holes there...

Consider gluing instead of drilling. A mistake could be costly.

Don't do it!!! I bought a used C5 with an aftermaket stereo with some equipment mounted in that spot. When the PO removed the equipment to return to stock he caused a leak in the gas tank. Apparantly he had drilled right into the tank and the screws kept the tank sealed until he removed them. Cost me $1000 to fix. DON'T DRILL IN THAT SPOT!!!!
