Any ideas?
My mileage is scary low.
In the last couple of weeks, my mileage is so bad I'm starting to think I have gas leak or there's an elf siphoning gas out of my car.
I haven't been as lead footed on purpose since I realized this.
I changed to a Corsa Pace Car exhaust several weeks ago, but this started happening recently. I filled up my tank one night, drove 36 miles the next day (not WOT even once) and my gauge says I used 1/10 of a tank. WTF?
The only thing I did recently, was replace the fuel fill pocket (plastic surround that holds the filler pipe in place). The fuel hose was in good shape, etc.
I don't smell gas in the garage, nor are there any spots or fuel smell in/near the car at any time. I'm wondering if anyone else has experienced this or similar? Do I need a tune to adjust A/F mix or what???! TIA gang.

i put the cosa indys on also, about a month ago. I use a little more gas cause i like hearing the sound but nothing like that.sorry i cant help but sounds like you have something happining.
I would have your A/F looked at. Although I seriously doubt that your gas mileage would suffer that drastically without you smelling the Shell station strapped to your back bumper

Thanks Jim. I hadn't looked at it that way.
Come to think of it, I hadn't really paid that much attention to it since I did the fuel pocket repair.
It's funny how perception changes when we're looking for problems.
