Ok, I am a corvette lover!!!! Have been all my life....but I am new to forum and wanted to share a little story about Tracy.
Tittle: Vette Babe
Last week I was at the C5/C6 bash in Bowling Green Ky. I was having lunch with my wife at a Jerry's, and who is there, Dave Hill... he just drove up in a new ZO6...Wow it was silver, my favorite color...of course since my C5 is silver. Anyway, another new silver C6 coupe parks next to it. Out pops this gal and her and Dave go have lunch together.....Hmmmmmm who is this corvette babe???? After they finished He hoped it his ZO6 and stomped it!!!! I could only see a silver streek of light and I think I heard Dave exclaim....Hi O Silver Away!!!
No just kidding. Well I saw that gal everywere I looked during the event, she was everywhere....then I saw it....her license plate was from the same town I was.....and I do not even know who she is....small world!!! Well I now know a little about her and she seems to be one of the biggest corvette lovers of all time. I hope to meet her soon. Hi TRACY6 watch for my zilver C5 shooting around town....she is pretty fast...we need to get them together for a photo shoot.
Hey Corvettejim. You need to hook up with us a one of our meetings. Tracey's husband, Ernie is the president of the club. As far as Tracey goes, She's one of the nicest people you'll ever meet, and I wish I knew what she has forgot about corvettes. Her husband , Ernie, is a super person also. P.M. Me or e-mail me and I'll give you some info on when and where we meet, etc.. Hope to talk to you soon, if you see Tracey out somewhere, say hello!
I hope to meet her soon and others. I plan on coming to the cruise in as well. Maybe we can say hello. I have gone the the Museums events since it opened but I'm one of those lay low guys.....I so enjoy everything corvette. What kind of wood working do you do?
Yes, This is the former TRACY2VETTES, And after that, she was, "Vetteless in Lexington" for a short while. It was worth the wait, huh Tracey?See you soon. Stan
Welcome to the forum! Tracey is a great person. I sure do miss her here in C5 General. You'll find her over in C6 land nowadays. She and Ernie are the very type of people one would think of when you think of the Corvette lifestyle and heritage.
Tracy is on teh C6 section more now....and not on here as much as before. You wont find a bigger Vette lover guy or gal and she is a great person.
Plus it helps that she bends Daves ear often and I think he has listened to what she has to say and a few changes were made to the C6 becuase of her and what we have told her.
Tracy and Ernie are great people that we can call great freinds
Well the short time I have been on this forum, I could say I have made several new friends as well.
Thanks for all the info and great welcome. I should have done this years ago. I plan on coming back often.
I believe Tracy got her first C6 drive at last year's cruise in - she took off with Dave in the one he brought, and had a s**t eating grin when they came back - she was hooked.
