Default Dents/Dings

Do the bodies in these cars dent at all. Today I was at my friends house when his 6 year old road her bike into the side of my baby. Only the wheel hit but I was sure I was walking up to a big dent. I know some of the body is plastic but still. Seems like these things are built like a Tank.

Won't dent ... it'll crack and splinter ... take it from me ... speaking from very recent experience. It is built well no doubt.

Actually it will "dent" depending on where you hit it...some jackazz backed into me right where the rear quarter and fascia meet....there are 2 pieces of metal in there that hold the pieces together..the metal bent and pulled the composite pieces in causing a "dent"...I replaced the pieces and the "dent" went away.....so unless you hit it in just the right place...no they won't dent

I bounced off a guard rail at the Nurburgring last summer, no fiberglass damage, just so scratches in the paint.

I hit a rubber barrel that flew out at me in a wind storm. I was like ahhhh **** when I hit the thing, it flew about 20 feet after I hit it. I was cursing and getting tears in my eyes that I probally cracked the bumper. I got out on the side of the road and to my very happy surprise, nothing. Needless to say I was very happy at that point. I was probally going around 30mph when I hit it.

Learned the hard way this weekend if you accidentally shut the door without making sure all of your harness hardware is inside the car the buckle will create some very distinct gouges in your doorsil Won't make that mistake again.

I had a recap come off a big rig on the freeway and hit my door. It hit pretty hard and left scratches that I was able to buff out, but left mo dent.
