It Was Just Beautiful
So I'm driving up the Central Coast in my Yellow 03 Z06 when I see in my rearview mirror a Yellow C5. I move to the right lane and slow down some. When he catches up I give him the Wave and get one in return. What a beautiful sight it was as two Yellow C5's were rolling side by on the freeway. It only lasted a few seconds as my exit approached, but it sure was cool. It was kind of a cloudy day so the Yellow paint really stood out. I just love that about the Corvette Yellow.

Not sure he was a forum member or not. It was a Coupe with a black checkered flag paint scheme on the nose. Funny how when you meet up with another C5 on the road they look so much bigger and exotic than how they feel driving.

Last Sunday, I was heading up to a car show in my black 02 coupe and a sweet 1962 red pulled up next to me and we cruised together for a while.......very cool, 40 years in between us, what a difference, both are head turners, but his more then mine.
