recall
I just recieved a recall for my 98 coupe. It says it's for electronic column lock system. It was done years ago is this something new and has anyone else recieved one? I did recieve a service car soon on my DIC. I have 43000 miles and the car run's great. Any help would be great. The only mods are kn filter and corsa exhaust

GM is still doing recalls to try to fix the column lock problem, but so far has not solved the problem. The "service car soon" is probably not related to the "service column lock" , or "pull key and wait 10 seconds: error.
If you have not had a column lock problem, you are lucky, and there is still reason to suspect you will eventually have a column lock failure.
