Default Need Exhaust Help

I must really be getting old! The Stingers are just way too loud . Big birthday coming up soon, so I'm looking at the Corsa Touring. How do these compare to the stock muffler in sound? Also, can any Chicago members recommend a good install shop or dealer? Thanks in advance for your advice.

The Corsa Touring sounds pretty close to the stock exhaust. The Corsa Indy system is alittle louder and deeper. Not a bad sound from the interior. I have the Indy system and I highly recommend it. The installation is very simple. You can DIY in about 45-50 mins. with a lift and simple tools. Any muffler shop can do the install for about 75$-$100. Hope this helps. Good luck.

He does good work and he will handle your vette well. He also has worked on a few forum members cars. I believe John is really close to forum member franktank.

Best of luck
Joe

You can go to Corsa's web site and listen to the sounds of their different exhausts. http://www.corsaperf.com/autohome.htm
Give it a try.

Beast,
Many thanks for the reference. It's a ways for me to go, but I'll make the drive for quality work.

Cat Eye Blue-

Just wondering if you're going to be selling your Stingers? I would be interested in purchasing from you.
