Removable Headliner???

Removable Headliner???

Does anyone make a removable headliner for a 97-04 glass targa top? Some days the sun is just too much and I dont want to get a solid top.

Try Mid-America or Ecklers. They have some that will work with the glass top.

There is a "static cling" style as well as a "hard plastic" type. As mentioned above they are available through Mid-America, Ecklers, West Coast Corvette, etc.

I got one a month or so ago, and I LOVE it! Got it from MA:

I still wouldn't mind getting a painted top or trading for it since I prefer the look of the painted top, but now I don't NEED one since the insert works GREAT at keeping sun out.

Got my hard plastic with padding through Mid-America, but it just didn't fit right. Even tried to trim some to help the fit. I would suggest trying the cling ( static) type. I ended up buying a solid top.

My static cling light filter stopped clinging after a couple of months.

try misting the glass with water and put it back on. It should stick.

I posted a similar ?? a couple weeks ago. Many members said the solid type headliner didn't really fit to well and was a pain. I opted for the cling thing. It did cut down on the heat and still provides light. I like it. I also got the reflective foil windshield thing. That helps alot too.
