Jack the car up or roll onto rhino's and on each side under the car where the light is there's a panel, remove the screws (I think 5 altogether) then remove the two outer most screws on the light and there ya go, replace and your back in business. It's pretty easy , 45 min to an hour
For a better effect lightly spray the bulbs with high temp silver paint or buy silver stars if you want to spend the money.

course the funny thing is that in Australia (which uses the Euro lights ..) everyone Loves the Yellow low lights ...and goes out getting yellow fog lights (which are illegal to use unless its foggy, but they run them anyways...) to get the same effect everyone here is rushing to ditch
