Ever Vette I had, I said this is the one to keep forever. However sooner or later that feeling wears off and I am looking. Most likely will keep the C-5 for another 2 years or so then go to a C-6.

I wouldn't even venture a guess. I have no idea how long I will keep a car. I bought new cars that I only kept for as little as three months, and for as long as twenty years.

6 mos to 2 yrs, or whenever the urge to get a C6 becomes overwhelming.

I plan on keeping my C5...until the end of next week when my C6 arrives. I loved this car, and I hope I like the new Z51 at least as much.

Will probably try and sell it at Vettes on the Rockies, want to buy a 2004 CE vert.

This is my 4th vette (1st C5) and I've averaged keeping the 1st 3 for 3 or 4 years. I'll probably be looking at a C6 in the next few years if my mind can ever accept them as well as it does the C5.

Once my Vette is paid off, the wife gets the next car. Then it's c6 time for me!

I had planned on keeping mine a long time. A C6 test drive ended that dream.

I have always been the same way, 3-4 years max and I'd want something new. Going on 6 years now with the C5 as my daily driver and have no interest in anything new...unless someone wants to buy me a Ferrari

At my age and with the money I have invested in my C5, I'm going to have to be buried in it!

My last car was a 93 Mazda POS and I kept that one for 12 years. I suspect this one will never leave my clutches.
