I had mine LG LT Headers with Borla Exhuast installed recently. I notice when I drive, and as the RPMs go down (instead of downshifting), it has a tendacy to backfire a little. Mechanic says that is normal with this setup. Is that correct?

Sounds like the normal popping to me, happened with just the Stingers, and now it's just a little louder with the LGs. I notice a "weezing" sound when I shift after hard revs, are you getting any of that? Almost sounds like a turbo wastegate...
Yes, same thing. Sounds like the air is being sucking into the exhaust from the rear after a shift. I get that, but I think I had more of that with the stock system.
Same set up here (duals not quads). They did pop before the LG Pro LTS, and they do it some now too but it sounds great to me. A tune will help some too. The bigest increase with the tune was the low end throttle response. The LTs with out made a big change and I was amazed the improvement the tune made on top of that. Great set-up, and I am loving mine too
