love my new exaust!!!
I was very apprehensive at first not knowing if it would be too loud, but i went ahead and put in the borla straight pipes. I was amazed how there really was no resonance and drone at highway speed. I can't imagine not having them on the car know. It is still quiet enough to listen to music, have conversation etc. I have flp high flows and wonder if its worth it too put them on. Will the sound or volume change much or power?

Is your car an auto or manual. I just installed borla straights on my 2003 auto with 2.73 rear. It is very bad as far as resonance and drone. Thinking about a x pipe, I wonder if it will make a difference. My '92 six speed had straight pipes and I loved it. The drone really gets to me. Anyone please chime in on this one.

mine is a 99 a4 with the straight pipes. Car is extremely loud at wot but very reasonable in everyday driving. Not nearly as loud as my gen 1 viper with race mufflers inside the car but much louder outside the car. I couldn't be happier, i wouldnt mind if it was a lil louder even
