I have a 98 vert. w/light oak top I'm replacing. I noticed that GM changed to I believe "Antelope" in 02? Is this the same and will it fit. I'm looking for a top that cleans easy and looks good. My top is perfect except its soiled and streaked from using the Ragg cleaners and waterproofing. Should I use the later top?

To the best of my knowledge, Light Oak (67T) has been available since introduction in 1998 until 2004. Chevrolet also offered the Shale top on the Anniversary edition car with the Shale interior in 2003 and again with the Commemorative Edition in 2004.
The other thing I'm confused about is your comment about the use of RaggTop cleaner and protectant causing streaks. That cleaner is the one recommended by Haartz who manufacturers the tops.
depending on the interior and exterior you might try white. yes white! i just use regular car wash soap and just dry it and it looks great. my vette is o2 electron blue and its the only one in town with a white roof. most are black.

Electron blue with white top should look awesome
I have a pewter with light oak, and when the time comes, I think I might switch to a black top.
I have a Mag Red with Oak interior. When I was looking for a car I wanted the Oak top. I found one with Black at first I was not sure but now really like it.

Why not stay with Lt Oak? Nothing against any other color but I think Lt Oak is easy to maintain and looks great.
I use RaggTop products and never had a problem with streaking or looking dirty. I have to admit my vert is sort of a garage queen but it's out and about but not a DD.

What I mean is the cleaner works well but when you apply the protectant and it drys the uniformity of the color is blotchy. I always have used either hartz are the Mid Vet ragg top kit. My car is not a garage queen but it looks like new a 98 with 26,000 Miles on it. Some people would not change the top but I'm very particular. I just spent 15K at Lingenfelters and plan to keep this car for a wile.

I've got a White on White vert. Looks great and you don't see many.

How can anyone see your top when it is properly stowed in the retracted position? I've been meaning to try the Ragg Top, but I just use Bissel aerosol upholstery cleaner once in a while. When I put the top down (almost automatic when it comes out of the garage) I put a white blanket over the top first, then fold & stow. The service writed commented on how clean it was when he saw it (up for trip to dealership).
