Default Kwicklift

I picked up my Kwicklift last nite (The crate fit in my Avalanche), and need to know if any kwicklift owners could share some tips on the unit. I set it up tonite. I was told that a Z06 oil change requires an incline (mild)...and am nervous to not drive off the lift. Thanks...

I have a Quiklift and back mine on to change the oil.... Backing it on results in the front being slightly lower....

One trick about backing it on is to make sure your front tires don't have any incline to go over once the back wheels are on the lift... Even a little once inch ridge will cause the back wheels to spin because the lift is so slick.... I've thought about applying something to the lift to keep the tires from spinning so easy...

Hope this helps...

Mine do not spin unless they are wet. You get better traction after the paint dulls a little with use.

I love mine and find if I drive straight on it is perfect for oil change (my garage floor pitches towards the front).

My floor is level, so backing it on leaves the front lower... Maybe I should tilt my garage so I don't have to back on to get the front lower...

Regardless, like you, I love mine... it's certainly come in handy..
