Magnesium Rim peeling
My rims are peeling - got the Vette last year and no sign of a problem but this year have a lot of flaking around the outside of the rim. The car was stored in a heated garage for the winter.
Has anyone had this problem. Dealer says too bad and its $700 to refinish as mine is a 2001

There are some wheel repair vendors that could probably fix it up for you. Or, I think you can buy the paint and have it refinished by a body shop.
