I have been hunting... I have a car to drive, so I am waiting for that perfect catch... It is out there somewhere... The reason I sold my car in the first place is because I found a 2003 EB Z06 with 2900 miles on it, chrome, the works, for $36500... which to me is a steal... but I couldn't buy it until I sold mine... and of course by the time i did, it was gone... So I am waiting until another deal like that comes around... and until then, I am pocketing the money I would have been spending on my 97 coupe... so i can make a huge down payment and not have a huge monthy payment...
Does anyone know of a really good place to buy vettes beside autotrader and cars.com... It seems I have hit those sites about 5000 times a aday, waiting for another car to pop up...
Until I find another one, I hope you guys don't mind me staying around the forums, as I am an "ex-vette-soon-to-be-another-vette-owner"

I am not leaving the brotherhood... just temporarily "corvettless"... I am franticallly searching for my vette!!!! I am going through withdrawls...
Whats amazing, is my permagrin hasn't left, even though my ol' girl is gone, I just get a grin thinking about her and thinking about the adventure ahead, finding the perfect Z to keep for a LOOOOONG time... I already have a Microsoft Word file filled with Mods and corresponding prices and links that I have been collecting... so that when I get my new Z, I can start modding (lightly) and making her unique...
