Default Wheel experts ---- Please Help Me

First of all, I'm a new member and think this forum is outstanding. I have a 03AE with stock wheels 17 front and 18 back. I want to get CCW chrome 505A. So far OK? My problem is I don't have any idea what size to get. Should I get 18 front and 19 back or 19 all around or ? I have no idea! How about some ideas and explain the reasoning behind your suggestion. I just want the car to look outstanding!!!!!!!!!!!

Thanks

It'll look outstanding either way.

The 18/19 is a great way to go if you want continue to use runflat tires. You can use the same tires that come stock on a C6. This is a very important consideration for many people.

If you don't care, or prefer non-runflats, it's a tougher decision based mainly on appearance. Look at pics of cars with both 18/19 and 19/19 and see which looks better to you. I would prefer the 19 all around, but have no valid reason other than appearance. 19" wheels look perfect on the front of a C5 IMO.

Either way you decide, they will look fantastic. You can't make a wrong decision here.

A couple of the deciding factors should be cost and tire availablity. If you decide to go the all 19" route - remember that the overall height of the tire should be less in front than in back. You can accomplish that with tire size and width.

18 fronts and 19 rears would be my choice....with C6 Z06 performance compound Goodyear Gen II tires.
