flippin through the channels today i stumble upon some rapper showin off his "crib" on MTV's Cribs. only reason i stopped flippin the channel to watch is cause he was showin off a range rover but i could see a-suprisingly tasefully done- C5 vert in the background. well when they came around to it the guy said it was an 05 "co-vett" but it was a C5 so im guessin it was an 04. maybe he doesnt even own the car and he's just using it as a prop or he's a real idiot and doesnt know what he's buyin. anyway, it was a clean probally 04 C5 vert, black with some nice wheels on it. looked like some of WCC's wheels. (nothing that spun when u stopped or nothin) anyway, i laughed outloud cause MTV put a caption under the car that said 2005 Corvette-fully loaded $80k hahahaha guess u cant trust nothing u see on any channel. even the easy to get right stuff. haha
Yea, I caught a few mins of the episode. Thought it was funny, kid doesn't even know what he's got. Reminds me of an episode of Unique Whips. Some rapper was customizing his Enzo Ferrari, the funny thing was he had to hire himself a driver because he didn't know how to drive it...hehe. Sometmes I wonder why people look up to entertainers as demi-gods.

Really? Where?
The only worthwhile shows were ones like Nova (before they too became strongly biased) - and for the last, oh 10 years or so, television (over the air or cable - and in most countries!!) has turned into pure puerile nonesense.
I've lived all over the world - and television is the same in all countries. Part propaganda, part slanted opinion, part waste by-products.
Anyway, I don't want to hijack this thread with a diatribe on the futility of television.
Now back to your regularly scheduled programmes...
