I don't often drive my car in the rain, but I have w/o problems. Yesterday I drove in a very strong storm, with wind and rain coming in sideways toward the driver's side. My window or the weatherstripping started leaking and rain dripped inside the window. The leak seems to be where the window edge is--the angle coming from the front of the window, up toward the rear of the car, where it meets the "flat" part that is horizontal with the roof.
I had noticed when the passenger window rolled up it made a "whoosh" sound like it sealed well, but the driver's side never did that.
If anyone else has had this problem is it a weatherstrip issue or an alignment issue? Or other? Thanks!
I've got the same leak only from the driver side window in the same place. It's not a lot of water but it drips in. I was going to have a body shop friend of mine take a look to see if he can adjust something or if I need new wx stripping.
Do a search on Window Tip-In Adjustment under C-5 general. A thread discussing this item from earlier this month will show up. Also go to C-5 tech for more info.

The windows can be adjusted to where they pull in tighter against the weatherstripping. A body shop should be able to make the adjustment for you. Hopefully that would eliminate any leaks.
