So what's supposed to be the "problem", anyway? There are times that I don't wanna incur the charges that Paypal tacks onto a sale, and a MO, personal check, or cashiers check works out just fine.
And as far as "no feedback"....we ALL had to have started at ZERO sometime, didn't we? What am I missing here?

brand new E-bay member 5/3/05
only takes money order or cashier check
NOW HAS -2 FEEDBACK SCORE
Yup, could be legit., but fraud and scams are on the rise on E-bay. This guy is BRAND NEW, wants only cash up front (untrackable, no recourse, etc.) and now has a -2 feedback score (3 transactions: 1 neutral, 2 negative).
Yup, could be legit: NOT!!!!
You are buying with a blindfold on E-bay.
Look at it this way, your blindfolded and walk up to this seller from behind: if you smell an azzhole, I bet he is an azzhole!
Its "buyer beware"!!!!!

PS: If I were the winning bidder, I'd back out of it!

Not to hijack your thread, but you were lucky. I did get ripped off by a guy on eBay. He sells Delco and Bose radios & CD players on eBay. I had a small scratch on the face of my radio. He said that he would replace my radio face for $50. with a 5 day turn around. I shipped him my radio and a $50 MO. It's been 3 months and he kept my radio and my $50. Doesn't answer emails. He sells under the name of "Piachiii". His name is Valentino Piacentino III, out of New Jersey. Beware of this guy also.

2.) ripped off badly!!!! do not deal with this person!
3.) never shipped
I even offered to pay his extra fees to let me use Paypal and he would not. When I began dealings he had a 0 rating, but by the time I almost sent the money via Bidpay he had the Negative rating and I managed to stop payment.
Just be warned, if it sounds too good to be true....it probably is.
Now I look at all tops on Ebay and won't deal with anyone without at least 5-10 feedback and accepts Paypal.
Merlin02, sorry to hear you got burned...that sux.
