What's it got?
How do I know what all this corvette's got? I read last night that it has Z51 suspension by default because it's a 99 hardtop. I'd like to know rear end ratio and whatnot. One thing I don't like already is that it doesn't have an electric antenna because I expect to cover it regularly. I wasn't concerned about this kind of thing or the fact that it has a fricking tape player whatever that is, but now I got her in the garage, those kindof bother me.

If you do not have the original window sticker, have you considered ordering a reproduction sticker that lists everything your car has. They are not very expensive. While you are at it, you might also want to order the build sheet.

IMO too, the window sticker and build sheet are nice pieces of documentation to have. You can order them from the NCM at this link: Order FormAlso, depending on the year and model of your car, you should find an RPO label on either the inside of the glove compartment door or underneath one of the rear compartment lids. The following link should help you in deciphering the RPO codes: Chevrolet Corvette C5 RPO Code List.

All of the FRC's (Fixed Roof Coupe) came with Z51, MN6 and 3.42 rear ends. There were limited options available for the FRC.
