My e-brake does not hold my car any more on a steep hill, is there an easy way to adjust the cable. Thanks for the help, Bud

i had my handle up at the bank,a not steep at all hill,and next thing,she's rolling away.i didn't pull the handle up far enough,although it looked all the way up!
