Default Code Help

I am having the Check engine light come on with a code of P10 0442 H C.
I know the P10 is for powertrain and the H and C are History and Current but what is the 0442?
I have the list but don't understand what it means.
Is this something serious or can i drive it a few days?
TIA
Piranha

What does that mean mechanically and if anyone knows what does it mean as far as repairs?

I had the 0442 code a while back. Behind the right rear wheel well there is an access cover to the gas tank and emission hoses. Mice had a nest there and had chewed on the emission hoses and the holes caused the o442 code. You can't replace the hoses. They come with a new gas tank. Cost over $1000. A little epoxy and everything is fine.
