Default Need help with exhaust choice

I am hoping to get some feedback on whether or not I should change out my exhaust on my 04 coupe, 6spd,. I am currently running Magnaflow cat back system, a good quality system but a little tame on the exhaust note. I am having the car sent up to E.C.S in Jersey in the next few weeks for LT Kooks headers and cam package. Chris assures Me that it will wake up the sound factor. I just want to make sure I get the sound I'm looking for and way all my options, ie. B&B Bullets, SLP Loudmouth or possibly straight pipes. The car is not a daily driver, car shows and a Saturday romp around town is the norm. Looking for good ol' muscle car sound. Any opinions and feedback would be greatly appreciated.

If you are getting headers installed, and you want really loud, then go with the BB Bullets or SLP Loudmouths (basically are straight pipes). I am running SLPS with Dynatech LTs and highflow cats and it's pretty darn loud but I like it I think the Corsa Indy with LT's sound cool too but it's not quite as loud.
Good luck

I think you will get what you want after the headers if that is not loud enough go with the bullets.

Definitely wait until after the headers and cam install. That'll wake it up.

Why change exhaust in the first place? Not that I'm saying you shouldn't but what are the benefits?
