New wheels and tires all around are necessary.

it's funny you chose the name SLIK and are interested in these wheels. They are actually called "slick" and are manufactured by
www.acealloywheel.com
no clearance issues.

i'm running the hyperblack Z07's and there are no issues. my car is lowered to max on stock bolts. they do extend beyond the fenders but not to the point of looking bad. only drawback with these wheels IMO is they are quite heavy (compared to Z06 wheels i was running), 28lbs rr and 25lbs frt. i do notice the extra weight when running hard
on less than smooth pavement, suspension doesn't like 'em. but, i was aware of the weight before hand and bought them as street wheels so no biggie
kept my Z06 wheels for track use.
setup is 18x9.5 with 265x35x18 in front and 18x11 with 295x30x18 in back.

I was fooling around on Nate's page the other day and stumbled upon these pics:
Apparrently the Z07 wheel is now available in a 19x11.
I have emailed Nate to ask if the offset works for the C5 as well or if they look like azz on our cars.
I'm hoping they work then I might need to upgrade again.
