Default FE1, FE3 or FE4 ??

I want to buy some 2004 Z06 shocks for my 2001 Z06. The local dealer wants to know FE1 FE3 or FE4. Does anyone know which is the correct suspension code for the 2004 Z06?

Your dealer is an idiot if they don't know what suspension is on the Z. It's FE4.

I too switched to the 04 shocks on my 03. At first I thought they were too stiff, but after a few weeks they disappear and the car just feels "right". And on a bumpy wash board road I love how taught and tight the car feels.

This is money well spent even if you don't track it.
