what is the best way to get rid of paint chips . and scratchs .. from your vette??? I am open to all suggestions .

well if the scratches are not to bad use a polishing compound, but realistically the only way to get rid of a chip is to repaint, but that aside there is a product out there (I think by Color Key Wax) that is a wax chip stick. Kind of looks like lipstick but in whatever color you need. It worked well for me, Pep Boys carries it I believe

Thanks !

Langka is supposed to work well for chips, i've bought some, but not used it yet. It cuts through the blob of touchup paint to level it with your existing paint, but will not hurt your factory paint.

There are a couple other companies out there that make similar stuff.

From what I hear, it works pretty well. You may still notice the chips, but the only other way is to repaint.

I'm looking at the same situation. I'll probably repaint the front with a factory pack in a good shop and Langka any other chips. I need to time it when I'm out of town. I can't stand the thought of her in the shop.
